Fast Outdoor Workouts

Here is a good way to get started on the body you need to the beach this summer. Before you know it, the warm weather will be here, and everyone will want to be outside.

Now that the weather is getting better, why not get out of the stuffy gym and into the great outdoors?Boosting your metabolism and sculpting your bodywill not require a two-hour workout outside.

If you want to get pumped and sweaty in about 10 to 20 minutes, here is a good workout idea.You just need a small area where you can spend a couple minutes warming up and then do the following exercises for about 10 or 20 minutes with practically no rest in between:

* 50 – 100 yard wind sprints
* Sprint hills
* Pushups
* Variations of the walking lunge
* Squats (body weight)
* Variations of blocks larger squat jumps
* Pull-Ups
* Mountain Climbers

Cycling through these exercises works well but you could also just choose a couple and alternate between them.

Keep your rest periods between 10 and 30 seconds so your intensity stays high, maximizing your fat burning response.

If you do this at a fast pace, you will get a workout to die for less than 20 minutes time.

Then you can continue with your day.You can gradually work into a high-intensity workout if you are not in the best shape.

The fresh air from being outside is sure to be stimulating. Besides, many people think that exercising outdoors burns more calories.
