Cookie Monster

Addictions do not have to just be limited to humans, cartoons have been suffering for many years. Just a few of the best are here.

Scooby Doo and Shaggy Rogers

They are certainly going to recieve some problem in the heart when they get older. They scoff down giant sandwiches, pizzas and anything they can lay their hands on. The pair are always thinking of their stomachs, food even helps them battle bad guys and comes in the form of scooby snacks.

Popeye

A strange one this has although it seems to be just ordinary spinach he is addicted too, have you ever heard of spinach that can increase strength in an alarmingly short space of time because I havent? Are there some hidden steroids in those cans of spinach Mr. Popeye or can you absorb all the nutrients in a split second? Either way Popeye depends on the stuff to get him out of almost everything.

The Trix Rabbit

This rabbit has surely got to be heavily addicted to the cereal as he is always thinking of ways to get at it. Is buying a box too easy? The kids will never let him at it and he always tries to get a bowl of the cereal that is based around him. ( No, I dont get it either). Surely Chip the Wolf from Cookie Crisp is exactly the same as the Trix Rabbit, hmmm run out of ideas Nestle?

A favourite from Sesame Street, The Cookie Monster

One of the most famous ones here, seen in several programmes including Family Guy showing his addiction off, this monster is so addicted to cookies that his life is based around searching for them.

If you are addicted to cheese then there is actually a cheese festival held in Wales every year in which you could take the kids out on one of those family days out. Of course if you are that obsessed with the food family holidays UK are on hand too.
